As a result, we prioritize both ongoing communication between staff, resident, and family members and scheduled time when all three sit down to discuss the resident's needs. Scheduled time typically takes the form of quarterly evaluations—when the staff meets with the resident and family members to review current care needs.

Quality Care for our Assisted Living Senior Residents
Rosewood Park's Assisted Living Community is dedicated to seniors who value their independence yet find that living alone without some assistance is no long longer practical or desirable. Our 24-hour nursing staff takes pride in promoting individuality, privacy, dignity and choice. Each resident is provided with an individualized program of personal care services coordinated by our Director of Health Services, while the activity department offers a full schedule of tempting and enjoyable activities.
Senior Care tailored to the needs of our Assisted Living Community
Our Assisted Living Community offers a variety of services from medication management and administration to assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal reminders and escort service to the dining room. Services can be enhanced to provide checks every two hours with toileting and incontinence care. We offer three levels of care with a corresponding price structure. Our Director of Health Services meets with the resident and family each month to determine the level of care so that you know exactly what your monthly charges will be.
